It sure took my breath away, the amount that we signed. Almost can hear my CPF emptied of its every penny...but as big ticketed as no other item i have ever purchased in my short lifespan, i was glad that, WE HAVE A HOME! :)

A real own cosy place to call our own, in a quiet corner of Compassvale, away from the hustle of the main roads. Sure, it might be short of that gentle breeze, compromised for its almost ready interior which Jem and I liked. I think it was God-given and God-led.
Aunty Sabrina, our agent, also a longtime family friend of the Neos told us that she prayed that God would help her lead us to the place intended for us. Jem and I prayed that if it be his will, the COV must be less than 40K. And so it was done. :)

Terribly excited about doing up the house, already having ideas of inviting friends over, making pizza, baking and whipping up different cusines in our little kitchen. For a person who cant cook, im actually looking forward to picking up lil recipes here and there to feed the two of us, healthily. I hope.

What made it all good was that, i know Jem shares the excitement ;) and im glad above the crazy rush of this year, we are still firmly in this together, by God's grace.
